The side boob section of the dress doesn't work well for women with larger busts since it’s designed in a way that shows the bra. On the bright side, the company is letting me swap the dress for a bigger size to better fit my needs. I really value good customer service, so I’m grateful for the help they provided in navigating the exchange process to make sure I’m satisfied. There are a couple of downsides, though: you can only exchange items instead of getting refunds if you’re not happy with something, and there’s no phone support for customer service. But hey, they do make their policies pretty clear. I also appreciate the Instagram and photos that show accurate representations of the products. It would be great if the sizing included more detailed measurements.
